You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our registration and purchasing services.

You agree not to:

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms.

Event dates, locations, schedules, speakers, trainers, sessions, activities, hotel arrangements, and other details may change. Lion Dream 360 will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes using the contact information provided during registration.

The appearance of a particular speaker, trainer, sponsor, vendor, or presenter is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Attendees must behave professionally and comply with venue rules, safety requirements, and lawful instructions from Lion Dream 360 or venue personnel.

We may remove an individual whose conduct is disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, unsafe, unlawful, or harmful to attendees, staff, speakers, vendors, or the event. Removal for misconduct does not qualify the individual for a refund or credit.

The Lion Dream 360 name, ROAR 360 name, logos, designs, photographs, videos, written materials, training materials, website content, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Lion Dream 360.

You may not record, reproduce, publish, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from protected content without prior written permission.

Events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. To the extent permitted by law, attendance constitutes permission for Lion Dream 360 to use an attendee's image, likeness, and voice in event documentation and promotional materials without additional compensation.

Anyone with a specific safety or privacy concern should contact us before the event.

The website may contain links to or integrations with payment processors, hotels, transportation providers, social-media platforms, and other third parties. Those services are governed by their own policies. Lion Dream 360 is not responsible for a third party's independent acts, omissions, availability, or policies.

The website, events, and related content are provided on an 'as available' basis. Lion Dream 360 does not guarantee specific professional, educational, employment, financial, or business results from attending an event or using our content.

Nothing presented at an event should be treated as legal, medical, tax, financial, or other licensed professional advice unless expressly provided by a properly qualified professional.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lion Dream 360 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the website, attendance at an event, reliance on event content, or the acts of independent third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Texas unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Terms in effect at the time of a purchase will govern that transaction unless a later change is required by law.
