Terms of Sale

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHEN A REFUND IS EXPRESSLY REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Lion Dream 360 does not provide refunds for:

• •Changes in personal plans, work schedules, military duties, or family circumstances.
• •Illness, injury, or inability to attend.
• •Transportation problems, flight cancellations or delays, missed connections, or travel-document issues.
• •Weather conditions or natural disasters affecting an attendee's travel.
• •Failure to attend all or part of an event.
• •Dissatisfaction with a speaker, trainer, session, schedule, meal, accommodation, or other event component.
• •Removal from an event because of misconduct or violation of event rules.
• •A change in a speaker, trainer, agenda, schedule, room, or comparable event detail.

Before completing payment, purchasers should confirm the selected event, ticket type, attendee information, dates, pricing, and included benefits.

An event registration may be transferred to another eligible person one time only, subject to all of the following conditions:

• •The transfer request must be received at least 30 calendar days before the event's scheduled start date.
• •The request must be emailed to connect@liondream360.com by the original purchaser.
• •The request must include the original purchaser's name and order information and the replacement attendee's full name, email address, and telephone number.
• •The replacement attendee must satisfy all event eligibility requirements and accept the applicable policies.
• •The registration may not be transferred again after the first approved transfer.
• •The transfer does not change the ticket type, included benefits, hotel occupancy terms, or amount originally paid.
• •Any private payment arrangement between the original purchaser and replacement attendee is solely their responsibility. Lion Dream 360 will not collect or return money between those individuals.

Transfer requests received fewer than 30 calendar days before the event will not be approved. Lion Dream 360 may require identity or purchase verification before processing a transfer.

Registrations may not be resold through ticket-resale websites, auctions, social-media marketplaces, or other unauthorized channels. Lion Dream 360 may cancel a registration obtained through unauthorized resale without issuing a refund.

The one permitted transfer described above is the only authorized method for changing the registered attendee.

Lion Dream 360 may adjust an event's schedule, sessions, speakers, trainers, venue spaces, activities, or comparable details when reasonably necessary.

If circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent an event from proceeding as scheduled - including severe weather, natural disaster, government action, public-health emergency, labor interruption, transportation shutdown, venue unavailability, security threat, or another force-majeure event - Lion Dream 360 may reschedule the event, relocate it, modify its format, or provide a future event credit.

A postponement, relocation, program modification, or substitution does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.

If Lion Dream 360 completely cancels an event without rescheduling it or providing a credit, Lion Dream 360 will communicate the remedy available to affected purchasers, subject to applicable law and any nonrecoverable third-party costs disclosed at purchase.

Only accommodations expressly identified as included at the time of purchase are included with a registration.

Attendees are responsible for reviewing occupancy requirements, check-in and checkout dates, incidental charges, and hotel rules.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, airfare, ground transportation, parking, meals, additional hotel nights, incidental charges, and personal expenses are the attendee's responsibility.

Lion Dream 360 is not responsible for independently booked travel or accommodation costs.

Merchandise sales are final and nonrefundable except when otherwise required by law.

Requests concerning an item that arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered must be submitted within seven days of delivery and include the order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

When approved, Lion Dream 360 may provide a replacement or exchange.

Customer preference, incorrect sizing, or a change of mind does not qualify for a refund.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, processing fees, and optional additions will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Payment must be successfully completed before a registration, product, sponsorship, or vendor opportunity is confirmed. Lion Dream 360 may correct genuine pricing or description errors. If an error affects a completed order, we will contact the purchaser with available options.

Purchasers should contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to review the transaction.

Nothing in this section limits any legal rights available to a consumer or any rights provided by the payment-card issuer.

By selecting the acknowledgment box and completing payment, the purchaser confirms that they:

• •Reviewed the event or product details.
• •Understand that all sales are final and nonrefundable.
• •Understand that an event registration may be transferred to another person only once and only if the request is submitted at least 30 days before the event.
• •Agree to the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and these Terms of Sale.
